About us
Redmond Fine Foods carefully curate the portfolio of select ingredient solutions from Ireland and abroad, working with a range of partners that include artisan, specialist and innovative modern ingredient suppliers. We work closely with our partners to help our customers understand the importance of these ingredients and how best to use them in their business.
Established in 2005, the company is run by brothers Rocky and Ian Redmond who supply creative chefs throughout the country with integral menu ingredients from seafood and meat to cheese and chocolate, from truffles and caviar to olives and oils.
Redmond Fine Foods source and import fine food ingredients and distribute to hotels, restaurants and select retailers in Ireland
